Orders & delivery
What is the delivery time?
From the moment you place an order, we do our best to deliver it to the address you specified as soon as possible. Orders placed before 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day. The expected delivery time is 1-2 working days. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
I received the wrong item, what happens now?
Please contact our customer service.We will help you and send a free return label. Upon receipt of your return, we will send you the correct item.
Where can i check the status of my order?
After ordering you will receive an order confirmation in your email. This contains a link to check the status of your order.
How much will I pay for shipping?
Shipping within the Netherlands is completely free with us! You only pay when you want to return one or more items.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us at info@lanochethelabel.nl.
Returns & refunds
How can I return my order?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email to request a return form. The item(s) must be sent back at your own expense, unwashed and unused, in the original packaging with all tags attached. The completed return form must be included in the package.
When will I get my refund?
We aim to process your refund within 7 business days after receiving your return. The refund will be made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we process your return. For some payment methods, the refund process may take up to 14 days after we process your return.
I have a damaged item, what should I do?
All orders are carefully processed and checked before dispatch. However, if any of your items are defective, please contact us immediately at info@lanochethelabel.nl with a description of your problem and detailed photos of the defect. Please note: Do not return damaged items to us without contacting us first.
Can I exchange items?
Of course exchanging is no problem. To exchange one or more products, please contact us trough info@lanochethelabel.nl.
Payments
How can I pay for my order?
We accept iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Are taxes included in the prices?
All our prices are final and include the 21% VAT, in compliance to Dutch law. We are not responsible for additional import taxes that may be added, depending on local customs.
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice is included in the order confirmation in your email. If you think your invoice is incorrect, please contact us on info@lanochethelabel.nl.
